Niinja is an NSN search tool, similar to WebFLIS, for Federal Logistics Information System datasets. Niinja was created to improve transparency in the world of government contracting by encouraging competition.

Niinja retrieves updated FLIS data from the Department of Defense each month. The source files are regularly posted on DLA's e-Reading Room, as required by the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). We do not alter the data. We have the most current data provided by the government. Datasets used to create Niinja:
CAGE data is indexed by CAGE code and replacement CAGE, Company Name and address information.
NSN data is indexed by NSN, NIIN, FSC, item name, CAGE code, part number, company name, location and characteristics.
Many indexed fields allow for an intuitive and unified search experience, as many of us are used to with web search engines. All punctuation is ignored during the search. For example, searching 1-2-3 is identical to searching 123. Don’t worry, if the part number you are searching for has punctuation (ABC-123/D), our system is smart enough to find it.
Yes! Niinja's web interface adds maps and graphs to make information visual and easier to understand. We offer unlimited exporting in Excel-ready .CSV file format. Downloadable data includes lists of records in search results, individual NSN / NIIN product records, and CAGE business record details. Find the Export button at the top right corner of Niinja search results and individual records.
No, Niinja will only ask for your payment information when you upgrade to an annual subscription or after your trial ends.
We encourage competition, fair pricing, and more ways to access public data. We don’t want cost to limit access to important product data. We want public data in the hands of the public.
Niinja accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club credit and debit cards. Government customers may use GSA SmartPay Visa or MasterCard charge cards to pay for Niinja membership. There are no additional fees to pay using the GSA SmartPay cards. Financial transactions are processed with Stripe. We do not accept personal checks.
Niinja is verified and secured by Starfield Secure Certificate Authority. All data transactions are performed over SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
Yes. We’d be sad to see you go, but you can easily cancel the subscription by removing your credit card in your Account Management settings. At the end of your current subscription period, you will not be auto-renewed. At this time, Niinja does not offer refunds for subscriptions already purchased.
No installation is required. You will need an Internet connection and a web browser to access Niinja and that’s it! We do recommend an up-to-date browser for the best experience using Niinja. See our suggestions below.

Niinja is built on Application Programming Interface (API) architecture. We are happy to offer you API access. Access to the API will enable your development team to build custom applications and process integration powered by Niinja’s database.
